The Launching of the Dream Weapon

Animals try to reason with mankind in a bedrock of children's art, notebook doodles, old graffiti letter and underground comics. Mostly collage elements drawn with a custom waterproof-lightfast marker. The markers were like the kinds devised for grafitti writing. The markers are fat and the ink bleeds out into the paper materials. Collage in order to make wild compositions. Allowing for the benefits of accidental juxtaposing. Automatic paintings in the spirit of the surrealists. I would make sets of elements, organized into categories, such as lettering, abstract elements, objects, images. Images came from places like found art, children's art, notebook doodles. A theme of perception emerged out of the activity of picking out elements over the years. Landscapes attempt to form, mountains exist but float, untethered from the land. New horizons form. Showing the formula inside my brain of how I see things around me. It's some visual algebraic postulate.
